Refurbished Google Pixel 9: Smart Performance, Brighter Display
Meet the refurbished Google Pixel 9, a 6.3-inch Android phone that pairs Google's own Tensor G4 chip with a bright Actua display. The OLED panel adjusts between 60 and 120Hz for smooth scrolling, streaming and gaming, and reaches up to 2700 nits at peak brightness. Google says the display is 35% brighter than the Pixel 8's, helping photos, maps and messages stay clear in bright conditions.
Inside, the Google Tensor G4 chip works alongside the Titan M2 security coprocessor and 12GB of RAM, giving you plenty of headroom for multitasking and switching between apps. The Pixel 9 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of storage for your photos, videos and apps.
The dual rear camera system combines a 50MP main camera with a 48MP ultrawide camera that also handles Macro Focus for close-up detail. Google quotes Super Res Zoom of up to 8x, and Best Take helps with group photos. On the front, a 10.5MP camera with autofocus and a 95-degree ultrawide field of view fits more into your selfies and records 4K video at up to 60fps.
The Pixel 9 has a satin-finish aluminium frame with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both the front and back, and Google designed it to an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. An ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor makes unlocking quick, and Google says it is 50% faster than previous Pixels. Face Unlock is also supported.
Power comes from a 4700 mAh (typical) battery. Google quotes 24+ hours of battery life, up to 100 hours with Extreme Battery Saver, and about 20% longer active-use battery life than the Pixel 8. Actual battery life on a refurbished phone varies with use and battery health. Wired charging reaches up to 27W, and Google says the Pixel 9 can charge to 55% in about 30 minutes with its 45W USB-C Charger (sold separately). It also supports wireless charging at up to 15W with the Pixel Stand (2nd gen), plus Battery Share to charge other devices.
Google promises seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates for the Pixel 9, counted from when it first went on sale in August 2024. Satellite SOS is supported, with Australia on Google's list of supported countries, and connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and dual-band GNSS. Every refurbished Pixel 9 from CELLiFY is unlocked and works on all major Australian networks.
Each refurbished Google Pixel 9 is checked and tested before dispatch, may contain aftermarket replacement parts, and comes with a 12-month CELLiFY warranty, so you can enjoy the Pixel experience with confidence.
