Return Policy
If your device is faulty, you can request a return under warranty. We’ll offer you a replacement, store credit or refund once the fault is confirmed. We guarantee all devices for at least 12 months, depending on the product type and other factors.
The durability of each item can vary based on multiple factors including how it's made, the quality of materials used and whether it’s a brand-new product or a discounted factory second. Pricing, product descriptions and any information provided by the manufacturer or supplier can also influence what you can reasonably expect. We assess all returns with these factors in mind to ensure a fair and balanced outcome.

Please note:
Returns require pre-approval. Returns without prior authorisation won’t reach us properly and may be lost. We can’t accept responsibility for lost items if you don’t use our return label.
Faulty device? If a fault is verified, we’ll offer you a replacement device, store credit or a refund, depending on your preference and the age of your device. We don’t offer repairs - we’ll assess “reasonable durability” based on the product type, materials, price and other circumstances. We guarantee at least 12 months for every device.
Devices must be returned unlocked and in their original condition. Returns of locked devices or those damaged by liquid or user fault can’t be approved.
Our technicians will need to confirm any reported fault. If no fault is found and 30 days have passed since the original purchase, the device will be returned to you.
If a device has been repaired by a third party, Cellify will inspect the repair and may reject the return if it’s poor quality.
Please secure your device carefully for return shipping. Cellify isn’t responsible for damage during transit.
Warranty applies only within Australia. If you’re overseas, a local Australian contact may be able to assist.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order right after placing it? No problem!
Contact us immediately and we’ll try to cancel it before dispatch.
To request cancellation, please get in touch with us by clicking here and let us know if you’d like an instant store credit for faster repurchase. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Orders are dispatched quickly, so it may be too late to cancel. If your order is already on its way, you can still return it to us once it arrives.
For international orders, please note that a small cancellation fee may apply if we’ve already paid for shipping.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No worries!
Cellify accepts change-of-mind returns on phones, tablets, computers and watches within 30 days of purchase.
Accessories and items with hygiene concerns (like AirPods, earbuds, VR headsets) can’t be returned for change of mind.
Screen protector installation and new battery installation services are non-refundable.
Shipping and insurance fees aren’t refundable.
Returns must be pre-authorised and shipped with our label.
Devices must be unlocked and in their original condition. New items must be unopened and resellable as new.
A $30 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This fee is waived if you opt for store credit. If all original accessories aren’t returned, an extra $50 may be deducted.
Cellify is not responsible for damage during return transit.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method - no exceptions.
To request a return please click here or the "Return Form" Below. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll send you a free express return label via email to cover the return shipping. For faster processing, include as much detail as possible (like the fault and photos, if needed).
