Warranty Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Below is everything you need to know about our warranty coverage, return options and how we handle common issues.

Making a Warranty Claim
If your device experiences any issues during the warranty period, you can lodge a claim through our Warranty Claim (linked below) or contact us directly at 1300 293 764. The process is quick and straightforward, no lengthy forms or unnecessary hassle.
Battery & General Performance Guarantee
All devices we sell are backed by performance standards. Batteries are covered in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines. If you're unhappy with the battery life or overall performance, you're eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, no questions asked.
What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover
Warranty coverage does not extend to:
Accidental or physical damage (e.g. cracks, drops or water exposure)
Misuse, tampering or neglect
General wear and tear from heavy usage
Damage caused by the customer, intentional or not, will void the warranty.
Repair, Exchange & Refund Policy
If a hardware or software fault arises under warranty, we’ve got you covered.
Within the first 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
If you’d prefer a repair, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, inspect the device and handle repairs free of charge (as long as the damage isn’t customer-induced).
If the item can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with the same model or an upgrade if stock allows. If a replacement isn’t available within 15 days, we’ll process a full refund.
After 30 days, returns for change of mind are no longer accepted. However, your warranty still applies to mechanical and electrical faults for the full warranty duration.
Blacklisted / AMTA-Blocked Devices
In the rare event your device is found to be blocked (e.g. blacklisted via AMTA), you’re entitled to either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Non-Repairable Devices
If the device is deemed beyond repair, a replacement will be issued according to your warranty coverage. We do not provide temporary phones while repairs or assessments are in progress.
Your Data is Your Responsibility
Before returning any device, we strongly recommend backing up your data. We don’t recover, store or transfer customer data and cannot be held responsible for any data loss during the repair or testing process.
Processing Times
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after your return is inspected and approved.
Replacements are shipped within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.
Battery Standards (iOS Devices)
To ensure performance, we automatically replace the battery in iPhones that fall below our acceptable health threshold. All iPhones meet a minimum of 80% battery health or higher at the time of sale.
If Your Device Arrives Damaged
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If the device is damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace any legal protections you are entitled to.
