Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Cellify online store. By continuing to browse or use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, as well as our Privacy Policy found in the footer of our homepage.
The terms “Cellify”, “Cellify.com.au”, “us”, “we”, or “our website” refer to the online store operated at Cellify.com.au. The term “Customer” refers to the individual or entity placing an order for products or services through our site.
Cellify is an independent retailer of mobile phones and telecommunications accessories. We do not claim any formal affiliation or authorized dealership with providers such as Telstra or any other network unless specifically stated.
Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty coverage can vary across devices of the same model. In some cases, we recommend customers take the device directly to the manufacturer. If a device under manufacturer warranty is returned to us, we will forward it to the brand’s service centre, which may take 3–4 weeks. Contacting the manufacturer directly may result in quicker service.
